What to consider with custom lanyards
Think first about how the lanyard will be used. Conference organisers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh often need different colours for delegates, speakers, media and crew, so plan colour-coding early. Staff ID lanyards for offices and hospitals usually need a safety breakaway clip at the neck. Check the fittings too: a dog clip, lobster claw, swivel hook or phone loop all suit different badges and devices.
Width affects how much branding you can show. A wider strap gives room for a logo and a website or hashtag, and it also leaves space for Arabic and English text side by side.

- One or two colour logos: screen printing gives bold, crisp results on polyester straps.
- Badge holders: clear PVC or rigid cases can carry a printed logo on the card or the holder itself.
You will see a free digital mock-up before production. MOQ and lead time are shown on each product and confirmed in your quote, because they depend on the strap type and branding method.

What is the minimum order for custom lanyards?
It depends on the strap and branding method. Printed polyester lanyards can often be produced in modest runs, while woven lanyards and custom colour matching usually need larger quantities. The MOQ is shown on each product page, and we confirm it in your quote once we know the width, fittings and number of designs.
Can we order different lanyard colours for delegates, speakers and staff?
Yes. Colour-coding by role is very common for GCC conferences and exhibitions. You can split one order across several strap colours or designs, each with its own wording, such as Speaker, Media or Organiser. Each design gets its own mock-up so you can check every version before production.
Do your lanyards come with a safety breakaway?
A safety breakaway clip at the back of the neck is available on most lanyard styles and is recommended for staff who work around machinery, crowds or patients. Let us know in your request and we will include it on the mock-up and confirm the option in your quote.
Can you supply badge holders to fit our existing ID cards?
Yes. Send us the card size and whether it is worn vertically or horizontally, and we will suggest soft PVC sleeves, rigid card cases or retractable reels that fit. Badge holders can be supplied clear or branded, and packed separately or already attached to the lanyards.
