Who we are
Ribbon & Seal is a UAE-based corporate gifting company. We source, brand and deliver custom corporate gifts and promotional products for businesses across the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. You may know us by our former name, Corporate Solutions; the team and the service are the same, under a new name.
We work only with companies. Our clients are the people who look after gifting inside a business: HR and people teams planning onboarding kits, marketing teams preparing for an exhibition, procurement buying uniforms, and executives sending thank-you gifts to clients at Ramadan or the year end.
What we do
Every product in our catalogue is made to order and branded with your logo. You can browse more than 600 products across tech gadgets, drinkware, office and stationery, apparel and uniforms, gift sets and hampers, eco-friendly gifts and Arabian heritage gifts, or start from an occasion such as Ramadan, UAE National Day or employee onboarding.
We brand with the method that suits the material, from laser engraving on metal and wood to embroidery on apparel and UV printing for full-colour logos. Then we pack each gift with branded packaging if you want it, and deliver across the GCC.
How we work
We do not hold retail stock, and we do not publish fixed prices. Corporate gifts depend on quantity, branding and deadline, so every order starts with a quote written for you:
- A clear quote. It lists each item, its minimum order quantity, the branding method and the production lead time, so there are no surprises later.
- A free digital mock-up. You see your logo on the product and approve it before anything is produced.
- Production with trusted partners. We work with experienced manufacturers and branding workshops, and check artwork, colours and quantities at each step.
- Delivery across the GCC. To one office or several, with delivery timing confirmed in your quote.
- English and Arabic. Talk to us in either language, and use Arabic text on your products and cards.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to individuals or only to companies?
We work with companies, government entities, schools and organisations. Every order is branded with a logo and made to order in business quantities, so we do not sell single retail items.
Why are there no prices on the website?
The price of a corporate gift depends on the quantity, the branding method, the number of logo colours, the packaging and the delivery address. Rather than show a figure that changes later, we send a written quote for your exact order, usually with options at different budgets.
Will I see my logo on the product before production?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mock-up showing your logo on the product, with its size, position and colours. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing. For larger orders, a physical pre-production sample can often be arranged; ask about it in your quote.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across the GCC: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery cost and timing depend on the destination and the size of the order, and are confirmed in your quote.

Yes. Ribbon & Seal was formerly known as Corporate Solutions. The team and the service are the same; only the name has changed.
