How to Order Custom Corporate Gifts: MOQ, Lead Times, Artwork and Delivery
A step-by-step guide to ordering branded corporate gifts, from the first brief to delivery, with what minimum order quantities and lead times really mean.

Ordering custom corporate gifts is simple once you know the steps. Most problems, such as missed deadlines, wrong colours or unexpected costs, come from a missing detail at the start. This guide walks through the process we follow for every order, so you know what to prepare and what to expect.
Step 1: Write a short brief
Before you choose products, note down five things:
- Who the gifts are for: clients, employees, event visitors or VIPs.
- How many you need, per item or per tier.
- Your budget per gift, even as a range.
- The date the gifts must arrive, and the delivery city or cities.
- Your logo, ideally as a vector file.
With these details, we can suggest suitable products in the first reply instead of after several emails.
Step 2: Shortlist products and send a quote request
Browse all corporate gifts or start from an occasion, and add the products you like to your quote list. Each product page shows its minimum order quantity, typical lead time and the branding methods available. Then send the list from the quote page with your brief. You can also send it on WhatsApp.
Step 3: Review the quote
Your quote lists each item with its quantity, branding method, number of logo positions, packaging and delivery, and the production lead time. If there are options, such as a premium and a standard version, they are shown side by side. Payment terms are also written in the quote, so your procurement or finance team has everything in one document.
What minimum order quantity (MOQ) really means
The minimum order quantity is the smallest number of pieces that can be produced for that item with your branding. It depends on the product and the method: an engraved item can often be made in small numbers, while custom colours, printed packaging or a product made from scratch need larger runs. Ordering above the minimum usually lowers the cost per piece. Each product page shows its MOQ, and the final figure is confirmed in your quote.
Step 4: Approve the mock-up
Before production, we send a free digital mock-up showing your logo on each product, with its size, position and colours. Check it carefully, especially spelling, Arabic text, colours and names for personalised items. Nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. For larger orders, ask whether a physical pre-production sample is possible.
What lead time really means
The lead time on each product page is the typical number of working days for production, counted from your approval of the mock-up, not from your first enquiry. Delivery time is added on top and depends on the destination. Lead times are longer for custom items, imported products and during peak seasons such as Ramadan, the national days and the year end. As a rule of thumb:
- Allow 2 to 4 weeks for simple orders at quiet times.
- Allow 6 to 8 weeks for seasonal, custom or large orders.
Step 5: Production and checks
Your gifts are produced and branded by our manufacturing and branding partners. We check artwork, colours and quantities, and keep you updated if anything needs a decision. If your order includes several items for one gift set, they are packed together at this stage.
Step 6: Packaging
Packaging makes the difference between a promotional item and a gift. Options include custom gift boxes, from a printed kraft mailer box to a rigid magnetic gift box, plus ribbons, seals and tags and foil-stamped message cards. Add packaging to your quote request so it is planned with the products.
Step 7: Delivery
We deliver across the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Give the full delivery list at the quote stage if gifts go to several offices or cities. Check the delivery when it arrives and tell us at once, with photos, if anything is wrong.
A checklist before you send your request
- Quantity per item and recipients per tier
- Budget per gift
- Delivery date, cities and addresses
- Logo in vector format, with brand colours
- Names list, if personalising
- Packaging and greeting card text, in English and Arabic
