Who wears a magnetic name badge
An engraved staff name badge identifies customer-facing staff by name and role, which is expected in hotels, restaurants, clinics, showrooms, banks and airport services across the Gulf. A magnetic back holds it on a shirt, abaya or uniform without pinholes, which matters on silk, chiffon and tailored jackets.
HR and operations teams order them for new hires during employee onboarding, and hospitality groups in Dubai, Riyadh, Doha and Muscat reorder in small batches as staff join. Each badge is personalised, so even a short run of 25 names is practical.
Engraving names and logos
The logo and each name are applied by laser engraving on brushed aluminium in gold, silver, black or rose gold finishes, giving a crisp, permanent result. For full-colour logos, a white or silver badge can be UV printed instead, with names printed in the same pass.

Frequently asked questions
Is the magnet safe with medical devices?
Strong magnets are not recommended for people with pacemakers or similar implanted devices. For those staff we supply the same badge with a pin and clutch back or a clip, and you can mix backings within one order.
Can each badge show the name in Arabic and English?
Yes. Bilingual names are very common in the GCC, usually with Arabic on one line and English below, or side by side. We check the spelling and right-to-left layout of every name in the proof before production.
Can we order a few badges at a time for new joiners?
Yes. Once your template is approved, small reorders only need the new names. The minimum for the first order is shown here, and reorder minimums for existing templates are usually lower; we confirm both in the quote.
