Why staff cards need a hard holder
A printed hard plastic ID card holder protects a standard access card from bending, scratching and cracking, which is common with soft sleeves after a few months. The case is made from rigid polycarbonate that stays clear, with a thumb cut-out so the card can be pushed out and tapped on a reader without removing the holder from the lanyard.
Facilities, HR and security teams order them with access cards during employee onboarding for offices, hospitals, schools, airports and industrial sites in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Dammam and Kuwait City. Landscape and portrait versions fit both badge layouts, and a double-card version holds an access card and a parking card together.
Branding the holder
The logo is printed on the top strip above the card window by screen printing in 1 or 2 colours, or by UV print for full-colour marks. Tinted holders in brand colours are also available, keeping the card window clear.

Frequently asked questions
Will the holder affect card readers?
No. Contactless access cards read through thin polycarbonate normally, and the thumb slot lets users push the card out if a reader needs direct contact. We recommend testing one with your own access system when you receive the sample or first pieces.
Can we get coloured holders in our brand colour?
Yes. Tinted frames in blue, red, black and other stock colours are available, and closer brand-colour matches are possible on larger orders. The card window always stays clear so photos and names are easy to read.
Do you supply holders already fitted to lanyards?
Yes. We can assemble each holder onto a lanyard or badge reel and bag them individually, which saves your HR or event team time. Assembly is quoted per piece and included in the lead time.
