How it works
How full-colour digital print works
Full-colour digital print sends your artwork straight from a file to the product, with no screens, plates or dies. The printer builds the image from cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) dots, so photos, gradients and multi-colour logos print in a single pass. Depending on the item, it is done on digital presses for paper and card, with direct-to-garment printing for cotton fabrics, or with dye-sublimation for white polyester items such as lanyards. Printed paper items can then be laminated or varnished for protection.
Products that suit digital print
It is the natural choice for paper and card products such as sticky notes and memo pads, notebook covers, gift bags, box sleeves, greeting cards and ribbons, seals and tags. It also suits seasonal designs, such as Ramadan gift packaging with patterns, lanterns and Arabic greetings for clients in Dubai, Riyadh, Kuwait City and Manama.
Artwork, durability and choosing a method
- Artwork: a print-ready PDF in CMYK, with images at 300 dpi at final size, logos in vector and text converted to outlines.
- Bleed: for boxes, bags and cards, extend background colour about 3 mm beyond the trim line.
- Colour: screens show RGB, so very bright brand colours can shift slightly in CMYK; your mock-up flags this.
- Durability: lamination or varnish protects paper from scuffing, and printed fabrics are washable with proper care.
For an exact spot colour on cotton or bags, screen printing gives stronger Pantone matching, and for rigid items like power banks, UV printing on hard surfaces is the digital equivalent. MOQ and lead time are on each product and confirmed in your quote, with a free digital mock-up first. Request a quote for digital printing to plan your next run.

Frequently asked questions
Can digital printing match our Pantone brand colours?
Digital print builds colour from CMYK, which covers most brand colours closely but not every Pantone shade. Very bright oranges, greens, metallics and fluorescent tones are the hardest to match. We flag any colour that may shift in your mock-up, and where an exact spot colour matters, we can suggest screen printing or foil stamping instead.
What file should I send for printed gift boxes and bags?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK is ideal, with 3 mm bleed on every edge, images at 300 dpi at final size and fonts converted to outlines. If you only have a logo, send it as a vector file and our team can lay out the design on the box or bag template. You approve the free digital mock-up before printing.
Can you print Arabic and English greetings on Ramadan packaging?
Yes. Bilingual layouts are common on Ramadan and Eid packaging, sleeves and gift tags. Send your approved wording in both languages, or ask our team to set it with your logo. Arabic text should be supplied as editable text or outlined vectors, not as a low-resolution image, so the letters stay crisp in print.
Is digital print suitable for small packaging runs?
Digital printing needs no plates or screens, so short runs and versioned designs are often possible, for example a different tag for each department or region. MOQ depends on the item and the branding method, and it is shown on each product and confirmed in your quote. Our team can advise on combining several designs in one order.
