Why every corporate gift needs a message card
A gift without a card leaves the recipient guessing who sent it and why. A short card inside the box, with your logo and a greeting such as Eid Mubarak, Ramadan Kareem or Thank you for a great year, gives the gift its meaning. Many companies in Dubai, Riyadh and Kuwait City also add a personal handwritten line from a manager, which recipients value most. Print and foil options
- Hot foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold or copper on the logo and greeting, about 60 x 30 mm, often pressed slightly into the card. See debossing and embossing.
- Full-colour print on the front or back for patterns, photos or a full message.
- Printed messages can be personalised per recipient using digital print, or left blank for handwriting.

Formats, envelopes and ordering
Choose a flat card of about 10 x 15 cm, a folded 10 x 10 cm card, or a mini tag-size card for small boxes. Matching envelopes come in coloured paper, with an optional foil logo on the flap or a wax seal sticker. Arabic and English can share a card, one on each side. We can write messages for you or insert your signed cards when we pack the gifts. A free digital mock-up comes first, and delivery covers the GCC. Frequently asked questions
Can each card have a different name or message?
Yes. Digital printing allows a different recipient name or message on every card, from a list you send us. Foil areas such as the logo stay the same on all cards, and personalised text is printed in ink.
Do you write the cards by hand?
Handwriting can be arranged for smaller runs, usually in English or Arabic, and is quoted separately. Many companies prefer to sign cards themselves, and we then insert them into the gift boxes during packing.
Which card thickness should we choose?
About 350 gsm is enough for a flat card that slips into an envelope. For a premium feel with deep foil pressing, 500 to 600 gsm cotton or felt card is better, and it does not bend inside a gift box.
