Education
Graduation gifts, campus merchandise, staff awards and student welcome packs for schools, universities, nurseries and training institutes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Popular gifts for this sector
Branded gifts for schools and universities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi follow the academic year: welcome packs in August and September, sports days and open days in the middle of the year, and graduations and staff awards at the end. Schools, universities, nurseries and training centres all need gifts that suit students, parents and teachers at the same time.
Graduation and achievement gifts
Graduation is the moment families remember. Certificate holders with a foil logo, engraved certificate frames and medals make the ceremony feel official, while awards and recognition such as crystal stars and trophies suit prize days, top achievers and house competitions. Graduating classes often order hoodies with the year and the school crest as a keepsake.
Campus merchandise and student welcome packs
Universities and colleges use branded merchandise for orientation, open days and alumni events. Backpacks, hoodies, notebooks and diaries, bottles and pens are the core items. For younger pupils, kids and family gifts such as stationery sets, lunch boxes and water bottles are safer and more practical. School sports teams can order sportswear and jerseys printed with names and numbers.
Staff appreciation and long service
Teachers and support staff deserve recognition too. World Teachers' Day, the end of the school year and service milestones are good moments for planners, mugs or long service gifts. New teachers joining in August can receive a welcome kit; see employee onboarding gifts.
Sustainable choices
Many schools in the UAE run sustainability programmes, so seed paper bookmarks, recycled pens and cotton bags are popular. Our eco-friendly corporate gifts guide has more ideas.
Branding and ordering
Screen printing is cost-effective for large runs of bags and T-shirts, and full-colour printing reproduces school crests accurately. You approve a free digital mock-up before production. MOQ is shown on each product and confirmed in your quote. Tell us your event dates and student numbers, and request a quote for your school or university.
Frequently asked questions
What are good graduation gifts for schools and universities?
Certificate holders and frames with your crest, engraved medals, crystal awards for top students and graduation hoodies with the class year are the most popular. Many schools combine a keepsake for every graduate with a smaller number of awards for prize winners.
Can you print student names and numbers on sports jerseys?
Yes. Sublimated jerseys and team kits can carry each player's name and number, with your school crest and colours. Send us a list of names, numbers and sizes in a spreadsheet, and we check every line on the mock-up before production.
When should schools order for the new academic year?
Order welcome packs and staff kits before the summer break if you can, because many schools start in late August. Production usually takes 7 to 15 working days after artwork approval, and timing is confirmed in your quote.
Do you have gifts suitable for young children?
Yes. Our kids range includes stationery sets, colouring sets, lunch boxes, water bottles and wooden puzzles. Tell us the age group in your quote request so we suggest age-appropriate items, and check your school's policy on food and gifts.
