A printed A4 presentation folder keeps loose papers together and presents them in your brand. Printing and finishing options
The folder is printed flat with full-colour digital or offset print on the outside and inside, so you can use photos, patterns and bilingual Arabic and English text. A soft-touch matt lamination gives a premium feel at low cost. Adding a gold or silver foil logo, or a raised spot UV logo on a dark background, makes the folder look more expensive without changing the format. We send a flat proof showing folds and pocket positions.

How many sheets does the folder hold?
A standard folder with a flat spine holds about 30 sheets of 80 gsm paper. For thicker proposals or brochures, we can add a 5 to 10 mm spine and wider pockets, which we confirm on the proof.
Can you add a business card slot?
Yes. A die-cut slot on one of the pockets holds a standard business card, so the folder can be handed over with a named contact. The slot position is shown on the flat proof before printing.
Which finish looks most premium?
A soft-touch matt lamination with a gold foil or spot UV logo looks the most premium while keeping the folder affordable. Gloss lamination is brighter and suits photo-heavy designs and colourful event branding.
