Why a custom logo A4 plastic document wallet is practical

A custom logo A4 plastic document wallet protects papers from spills, dust and creasing at a very low cost per piece. The snap button keeps the flap closed in a bag, and the translucent material lets people see what is inside. It is a common choice for training centres, universities, clinics, government service centres and event registration desks across the GCC.

How the logo is printed

The smooth plastic surface takes a screen-printed logo in one or two colours very well; white ink on a tinted wallet gives strong contrast. For multi-colour logos, UV printing can be used directly on the plastic. The print area is generous, about 150 x 80 mm on the front, so you can include a logo with a website or a short Arabic and English message.

Packing and ordering

Wallets are packed flat in cartons and are light to ship to sites in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah or Muscat. Add one to each training or onboarding pack with a pen and a notebook from our office and stationery gifts. Mixing colours in one order is usually possible. Frequently asked questions

Is the wallet waterproof?

Polypropylene is water-resistant, so it protects papers from light rain, coffee spills and dust. It is not fully sealed along the flap, so it should not be submerged, but it is far more protective than a card folder.

Which print colour works on translucent plastic?

White ink gives the strongest contrast on tinted wallets, and dark colours work well on frosted clear. We show the print on your chosen colour in the free mock-up before production.

Can we order several colours for different departments?

Yes. Clients often colour-code wallets, for example blue for one course and green for another. Each colour can have its own minimum, which is confirmed in your quote before production starts.
