What a custom A4 display book is used for

A custom A4 display book is a plastic book with fixed clear pockets, so each sheet slides in and stays protected without punching holes. It is a working file for trainees, students, sales staff and consultants who need to carry and show documents, and it costs less than a ring binder while being slimmer.

Branding the cover

The quickest way to brand it is a printed insert slid into the clear front sleeve, made with full-colour digital print, so each course or department can have its own design. For a permanent logo, the cover can be screen-printed in one colour. Spine labels can be printed with the course name or year, and the first pocket can hold a welcome letter or a programme.

Packing and ordering

Display books are packed in cartons of 20 or 50 and are light to ship to campuses and offices in Riyadh, Dammam, Abu Dhabi and Manama. They go well in employee onboarding and induction packs with a pen and notepad from our office and stationery collection. Different pocket counts can be mixed in one order. Frequently asked questions

Can we choose the number of pockets?

Yes. The standard version has 20 pockets, and 10, 30, 40 and 60 pocket books are usually available. Thicker books suit full training manuals, while 10 or 20 pockets suit certificates and short reports.

Is the cover printed or an insert?

Both are possible. A printed insert in the front sleeve allows a full-colour design and different covers per course. A screen-printed logo on the cover is permanent and suits a single standard design for the whole company.

Can you insert our documents before delivery?

Yes. We can slide printed pages, such as a welcome letter, policies or a programme, into the first pockets before packing. This is quoted separately and is useful for large induction or training runs.
