A leather passport holder with a snap strap keeps the passport, boarding pass and cards locked in, even when it is pulled from a bag in a rush at the gate. The pen loop holds a pen for arrival forms and hotel check-in, which saves a search through pockets.

How it is branded
The front takes a logo up to about 50 x 30 mm. Laser engraving gives a darker, precise mark on cognac and brown leather, and suits Arabic calligraphy. Debossing gives a pressed tone-on-tone finish, with gold or silver foil for contrast on black and navy. Initials can go on the strap.
Ordering and presentation
Holders are boxed individually, with a pen included on request. They suit welcome gifts for new employees in travelling roles and client gifts in Dubai, Riyadh and Manama. Colours can be mixed. MOQ and lead time are shown here and confirmed in your quote.
Frequently asked questions
Is a pen included?
A pen is not included as standard, but the loop fits most slim pens. We can add a slim metal pen engraved with your logo and pack both in one box, which is a popular combination.
Does the strap get in the way at passport control?
No. The snap opens with one hand and the strap folds back behind the cover, so the passport can be shown at immigration without removing it from the holder. Officers can see the photo page as usual.
Can we add RFID blocking?
Yes. An RFID-blocking lining can be added behind the passport and card slots for a small extra cost. It protects the passport chip and contactless cards, and we include it in the quote if you request it.
