Branding a custom logo silicone luggage tag
There are two ways to put your logo on a silicone tag:
- Moulded logo: for larger orders, the tag can be produced in a custom shape and colour with the logo raised or debossed in the silicone itself. This needs a mould and a higher quantity.
- Printing on a stock tag shape: screen printing in 1 or 2 colours over about 60 x 40 mm, or full-colour UV printing of about 70 x 45 mm for detailed logos.
Bright tag colours such as red, orange or yellow make bags easier to spot on a baggage belt, which recipients appreciate.
Packaging and ordering
Tags are supplied with a matching strap and can be bagged individually, carded with your message, or added to a travel pouch or passport holder set. Arabic and English text both print clearly. Can the tag be made in our logo shape?
Yes, for larger quantities. A custom mould lets us produce the tag in your logo shape and brand colours. It needs a higher minimum and extra time for the mould, which we confirm in your quote.
What is the minimum order?
For printed stock tags the usual minimum is around 100 pieces. Custom-moulded tags usually need a few hundred pieces. The exact figure is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote.
Will the print survive travel?
Yes, with normal use. UV and screen printing bond well to silicone, though very rough handling can wear any print over time. A moulded, raised logo is the most durable option.
