A laser-cut wooden medal is cut from 4 mm birch plywood or bamboo, about 70 mm across, with a slot at the top for the ribbon. Because it is laser cut, the outline can be a circle, a hexagon, a leaf, a palm tree or your logo shape at no mould cost. The logo and event text are laser engraved in a warm brown tone or UV printed in colour.

Can the medal be a custom shape?
Yes. Laser cutting follows any outline, so the medal can be your logo, a landmark or a themed shape. Very thin details are thickened slightly for strength and shown on the mock-up.
Will the wood hold up outdoors?
The medals are sealed against light moisture and handle outdoor events well. Like any wood, they should not be soaked, and they keep best when displayed indoors after the event.
Is a cotton ribbon available?
Yes. For a lower-plastic medal we can supply a natural cotton or recycled polyester ribbon instead of standard satin. Print options on cotton are more limited and confirmed in the quote.
