What makes a PVC rubber keychain different
A custom shape PVC rubber keychain is moulded from soft, flexible PVC, so the design is part of the object rather than printed on top. Each colour is filled into its own area of a mould, which gives raised edges, a slight 3D feel and colours that do not scratch off. The usual size is around 5 cm, about 4 mm thick.
Because the shape is fully custom, these keychains suit mascots, product replicas, landmarks, falcons, palm trees and flags. Brands order them for campaigns around UAE National Day, Saudi National Day, school and family events, and stands in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Jeddah.
How the design is made
A mould is made from your artwork, so there is a one-off mould step before production and the design works best with clear outlined areas. Each moulded colour is solid; fine gradients are not possible, but full-colour digital print can be added on a flat area when needed.

Why is the minimum higher than for printed keychains?
Each design needs its own mould, so the cost of that mould is spread across the quantity. That makes PVC keychains most economical from a few hundred pieces upward. The exact minimum for your design is confirmed in the quote.
How many colours can the design have?
Most designs use up to about 6 solid colours within the standard price. Each colour sits in its own moulded area, so gradients and photos are not possible, but small flat panels can be printed in full colour if needed.
Can we see a sample before mass production?
You first approve a free digital mock-up showing colours and outline. A physical pre-production sample from the mould can also be arranged, which adds a few working days; we include that option in the quote if you need it.
