Frequently asked questions

Are batteries included and can they be shipped?

Yes, small button cell batteries are fitted and each torch is tested before packing. Button cells inside the product are normal for GCC deliveries by road and courier, and we confirm the shipping method in the quote.

How bright is the light?

The standard single-LED version is bright enough to find a keyhole, read a label or light a footpath for a few metres. If you need a stronger beam, a COB LED version is available on larger orders.

Can we order the torches in our brand colours?

Stock colours are black, silver, blue, red and green. Custom anodised colours to match a brand are usually possible on larger runs; we confirm the closest match and the minimum for it in your quote.
