Why printed coasters are a smart low-cost gift

A coaster set stays on a desk or coffee table for years and gets seen every time someone puts a cup down. Printed hardboard coasters are the most affordable way to do that with full-colour artwork: each of the four coasters can show a different image, such as your values, product lines, city skylines of Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, or a national day design. How the artwork is printed

Full-colour digital printing covers the whole 95 x 95 mm face with photos, gradients and fine text, then a gloss layer protects it from spills. Arabic and English designs both print well. You can supply four designs or one repeated design, and we prepare a free digital mock-up showing the full set before production.

Packaging and ordering

Sets are shrink-wrapped with a backing card, or packed in a small printed box or kraft sleeve for conference and exhibition gifts. They are light and flat, so they post easily to remote staff or clients across the GCC. The MOQ and lead time on this page are typical and confirmed in your quote. Frequently asked questions

Can each coaster in the set have a different design?

Yes. Each of the four coasters can carry its own artwork at no extra set-up for digital printing. Many clients use this for company values, product lines or four city images. The mock-up shows the full set side by side.

Are round coasters available?

Yes. The same printed hardboard coasters come in round or square shapes, both about 10 cm across. Custom shapes are possible for larger orders. Tell us your preference in the quote request.

Do hot mugs damage the print?

The gloss surface handles hot mugs and cups for normal use. Very hot pots placed straight from a stove may mark it over time. Wipe with a damp cloth and avoid soaking so the board stays flat.
