An embroidered polar fleece jacket is a light, warm mid-layer that dries quickly and costs less than a padded jacket. The 280 gsm anti-pill polyester fleece stays soft and does not ball up after washing, and the stand collar blocks wind on cold mornings.
Who an embroidered polar fleece jacket suits

Branding polar fleece
Fleece has a deep pile, so embroidery is the right method; ink prints sit poorly on it.

We use a backing layer and a slightly bolder stitch so thin lines do not sink into the pile. Very small text, including fine Arabic script, should be at least about 6 mm tall to stay readable. A free digital mock-up shows the size before stitching.

Frequently asked questions
Can you screen print on fleece?
Screen printing on polar fleece is possible but not recommended, because the ink sits on top of the fluffy pile and can look uneven. Embroidery gives a cleaner, longer-lasting result, so it is our standard method for fleece.
Is this jacket warm enough for European winters?
On its own it is a mid-layer, warm enough for cool GCC winters and mild European days. For freezing weather it works best under a padded or waterproof jacket, which we can supply in matching colours.
How small can embroidered text be on fleece?
Text should be at least about 6 mm tall, and fine Arabic script slightly larger, so stitches do not sink into the pile. We adjust sizes if needed and show the result on the mock-up.
