Can we order men's and women's fits together?
Yes. Softshells usually come in separate men's and women's cuts, and you can combine them in one order with the same logo. The minimum applies to the total, and the split is confirmed in your quote.
How large can the embroidered logo be?
The left chest logo is usually up to about 100 x 70 mm. A larger back logo is possible, but heavy embroidery stiffens the fabric, so for big back designs we often suggest heat transfer instead.
Can each jacket be personalised with a name?
Yes. Names or initials can be embroidered on the sleeve or opposite chest. Send a list with names and sizes and we will match each jacket. Personalisation adds a little time, which is reflected in the quote.
Is a sample available before the full order?
A pre-production sample can usually be arranged for a fee or credited against the order. Most buyers approve from the free digital mock-up and a fabric and colour check.
