No. The sand is packed in a sealed bag inside the gift box and poured into the tray by the recipient, which takes a few seconds. This keeps the box clean and the tray scratch-free during shipping across the GCC.

Yes. The lid or an insert card can carry your logo and a short message in Arabic and English, for example a New Year greeting or a wellness note. We include the layout in your digital mock-up.
