Why a foam stress ball is a reliable giveaway
A foam stress ball is a classic promotional item because it is cheap, light, safe for all ages and genuinely used at desks. The standard ball is 63 mm across, fits in the palm and slowly returns to shape after each squeeze.
Exhibitors at Dubai World Trade Centre, Riyadh Front and Doha exhibition venues use stress balls to draw visitors to the stand during conferences and exhibitions. How the logo is printed on foam
Foam balls are printed by pad or screen printing in one or two colours, with a print area of about 35 x 20 mm on one side. A second print position on the opposite side is possible. Simple, bold logos work best on the curved surface, and a light ink on a dark ball, or the reverse, gives the clearest contrast.

Frequently asked questions
Can we get the stress ball in our brand colour?
Stock colours are available on smaller orders. On larger runs the foam itself can be matched to a Pantone shade; this adds time for production, which we confirm in the quote.
How big can the logo be?
The usual print area is about 35 x 20 mm on one side of the 63 mm ball. Because the surface is curved, very fine text can blur; bold logos and short words of at least 2 mm height print most clearly.
Are foam stress balls safe for children?
They are soft and light, but small pieces can come off if chewed, so they are best given to older children and adults. For children's events we can suggest larger or tested alternatives.
