A premium cooler built for Gulf heat
A leakproof TPU soft cooler is the top tier of soft coolers. Instead of sewn polyester, the shell is made from thick TPU-coated fabric with welded seams, so there are no stitch holes for water to escape. An airtight, waterproof zip seals the top, and a thick layer of closed-cell foam keeps ice for much longer than a typical cooler bag, often well over a day in mild conditions when packed properly. At about 20 litres it holds drinks, food and ice for a group, while a padded shoulder strap and lash points make it practical on boats, in 4x4s and at camps. Care and ordering
- Leave the zip open slightly when storing to keep the liner fresh, and lubricate the zip occasionally.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it keep ice?
Ice retention depends on temperature, shade and how full the cooler is. Pre-chilled and packed with plenty of ice, it often holds ice for well over a day in mild weather, and for less in peak summer heat. We do not quote a guaranteed number of days.
Why is it more expensive than other cooler bags?
Welded TPU seams, an airtight zip and thick closed-cell foam cost more to make than sewn polyester and foil lining. The result is a cooler that does not leak when tipped over and keeps ice far longer.
What is the minimum order?
The typical minimum is around 25 pieces, which suits VIP and executive gifting. The current minimum is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote, depending on the colour and branding method.
