Frequently asked questions
Can the steel box go in the microwave?
No. Stainless steel is not microwave-safe, so food should be moved to a plate or glass dish for reheating. The box is dishwasher-safe, and the engraved logo will not wash off.
Can we brand both the box and the bag?
Yes. Most clients engrave the box lid and print or embroider the bag, so the logo is seen on the desk and on the way to work. Both positions are shown in the free digital mock-up.
What is the minimum order?
The typical minimum is around 50 sets. The current minimum is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote, depending on the bag colour and the branding methods. Larger runs lower the cost per set.
