Frequently asked questions

What artwork do you need for the shape?

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF works best, because the cutting line follows the outline. If you only have an image, we can trace the shape and show the cutting line on the mock-up for approval.

Are thin parts of a logo a problem?

Very thin or detached parts can break, so we join or thicken them slightly within the outline. Any change is shown on the digital mock-up before cutting. Your approval is needed before production starts.

Can each trophy have a different name?

Yes. The shape and print stay the same and each base is engraved with a different name or team. Send the list with your order and all names appear in the proof.
