A perpetual plaque is a large wooden board that stays in the office and grows over time. A header plate carries your logo and the award name, and below it sit 12 or 24 small metal name plates. Engraving the header and name plates
The plaque uses two kinds of plate.
- Header plate, about 200 x 60 mm, with laser-engraved logo and award title, or a UV-printed colour logo.
- Name plates, about 80 x 20 mm each, engraved with name, department and month or year.
- Spare blank plates are supplied, and replacement plates can be ordered as winners are announced.

Frequently asked questions
How do we add new names during the year?
Send us the winner's name and we engrave a matching plate that fixes onto the board with adhesive pads or small pins. Some clients prefer to receive blank plates and engrave locally, which also works.
How many name plates fit?
The standard boards hold 12 plates for a monthly award or 24 plates for two years or several categories. Larger custom layouts can be quoted for long-running programmes. Spare blank plates are included.
Can we order just one plaque?
Yes. A perpetual plaque is usually ordered one per award or site, so single units are normal for this item. Matching boards for several branches can be ordered together. Each can carry its own header.
