How a gel stress ball differs from foam

A custom gel stress ball has a soft rubber skin filled with a thick gel, sometimes with small beads or glitter, so it squishes and slowly returns to shape rather than springing back like foam. It feels heavier in the hand and stands up to more squeezing, which keeps it on desks for longer.

Printing on the ball

The logo is applied to the outer skin by screen printing in 1 or 2 colours, or by a full-colour print for detailed artwork. On clear or translucent skins, white or dark ink gives the best contrast against the coloured gel inside.

Packaging and care

Each ball is packed in an individual polybag, which also protects it from dust and sharp objects in event bags.
