When a custom shape stress toy is worth it
A custom shape stress toy turns a basic giveaway into something people remember, because the shape itself says what your company does. Logistics firms choose trucks or planes, developers choose houses or towers, hospitals choose hearts and pharmacies choose pills. Typical sizes are 6 to 10 cm.
Many stock shapes already exist, such as hearts, brains, globes, camels, cars and footballs, so you can avoid mould costs. Colours and logo printing
Each stress toy is painted in its design colours, then branded with screen or pad printing in one or two colours, with a print area of about 30 x 15 mm depending on the shape. Flat zones on the toy, such as the side of a truck, give the clearest print.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to pay for a mould?
Only for a completely new shape. Stock shapes such as hearts, globes, cars and camels use existing moulds, which keeps the minimum lower. For a custom mould, we quote the mould cost and minimum separately so you can compare.
How accurate will our product shape be?
Foam moulding captures overall form and main details well, but very thin parts and sharp edges are softened. We send a drawing and colour mock-up for approval, and a physical sample can be arranged for custom moulds.
Can the toy be painted in our brand colours?
Yes. Each part of the shape is painted to your chosen colours, and we match them as closely as possible to your Pantone references. Small colour differences are normal on foam and are noted in the quote.
