Does the ceramic lining chip?
The coating is bonded to the steel and handles normal daily use. Like any ceramic surface, it can mark if hit with metal spoons or scrubbed with abrasive pads, so we suggest a soft sponge and a wooden or silicone stirrer.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing. Dishwasher heat and detergents can dull the matte powder coat and loosen the lid seal over time. A quick rinse with warm water and mild soap keeps both the lining and the finish in good condition.
Can it be part of a coffee gift set?
