How it works
How doming stickers work
Doming stickers are full-colour printed labels topped with a clear polyurethane resin that forms a smooth, glossy dome. The logo is first printed on durable vinyl and contour-cut to shape. Liquid resin is then applied over each sticker, and surface tension holds it at the edges so it curves into a lens as it cures. The result is a raised, three-dimensional badge that makes colours look deeper and protects the print underneath. The finished sticker is fixed to the product with a strong adhesive backing.

- Durability: the resin is flexible and scratch-resistant, and it resists UV fading and moisture in daily handling.

What surfaces can doming stickers be applied to?
Doming stickers stick best to smooth, clean, flat or slightly curved surfaces such as metal, plastic, acrylic and coated wood. They can sit in a recessed area, like the centre of a keychain, medal or badge, which gives a neat finished look. Rough, oily or tightly curved surfaces are less suitable, and we confirm the fit for each product.
What shapes and sizes are possible?
Domes can be cut to almost any outline, but round, oval and rounded-rectangle shapes give the cleanest dome. Long thin points or deep inside corners are hard for the resin to cover evenly. Size is set by the product, for example the insert area on a keychain or plaque, and your free mock-up shows the exact size and outline.
Will a domed sticker peel off or fade?
Doming stickers use a strong adhesive and a polyurethane resin layer that protects the print from scratches, moisture and UV light, so they stay bright with everyday handling. Like any applied label, they can be lifted if deliberately picked at, and they are not intended for the dishwasher. For a mark that is part of the surface, laser engraving is the alternative.
Can doming stickers include Arabic text and full-colour logos?
Yes. The sticker is printed in full colour before the resin is added, so multi-colour logos, gradients and bilingual Arabic and English text all work. Keep text at a readable size on small domes, because the curved resin can slightly distort lettering near the edges. Send vector artwork with outlined fonts for the sharpest result.
