Frequently asked questions

Can the neck flap be removed?

Yes. The flap attaches with press studs or hook-and-loop strips, so staff can remove it on cooler days or indoors. It can be branded separately from the hat if you want a role or slogan on it.

Will the hat stay on in strong wind?

The adjustable chin cord with a toggle keeps the hat secure on windy beaches and open sites. When it is not needed, the cord can be tucked neatly inside the crown so it does not swing.

Is this hat certified for sun protection?
