Why is the minimum higher than for other caps?
This cap is designed for very large giveaways, so it is priced for volume. The typical minimum is around 200 pieces per design. Smaller quantities are better served by a cotton twill cap, which we can quote instead.
How durable is this cap?
It is made for events and occasional wear rather than daily uniform use. It holds up well for a season of casual wear. For staff who will wear a cap every day, a structured cotton cap is more durable.
Can we mix colour pairings in one order?
Yes. Orders can be split across sandwich colour pairings, for example one pairing per team or zone. The split per colour usually needs to meet a small minimum, which is confirmed in your quote.
