A washable kraft paper tote bag is cut from a special paper fabric made of wood-pulp fibres bonded for strength. It looks like kraft paper but behaves more like soft leather: it resists tears, can be hand-washed or wiped, and develops a crinkled, lived-in texture with use. Branding washable paper
The smooth surface takes ink and pressure well, and the natural colour suits simple marks.
- Screen printing in 1 or 2 colours, around 200 x 150 mm, gives a crisp logo; black or white on kraft looks striking. See screen printing on bags.
- Debossing of about 80 x 40 mm presses the logo into the material for a tone-on-tone look.
- Heat transfer suits detailed or multi-colour logos.
Care, packing and ordering
Hand-wash in cool water and air dry; the crinkled texture is part of the look. Avoid tumble drying and long soaking. Each tote ships flat in a polybag or wrapped in tissue for gifting. Is it really washable?
Yes. It can be hand-washed in cool water or wiped with a damp cloth, then air dried. Washing softens the material and adds a crinkled texture, which many people like. Machine drying should be avoided.
How strong is it compared with a paper bag?
Much stronger. The paper fabric is tear-resistant and holds books, a laptop sleeve or groceries for daily use. It behaves more like a soft fabric bag than a disposable paper bag.
What is the minimum order?
The typical minimum is around 100 pieces. The current minimum is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote, depending on the colour and branding method. Larger runs lower the cost per bag.
