The lowest-cost reusable branded bag
A printed non-woven shopping bag is the standard choice when you need thousands of bags for an exhibition, a mall activation or a store opening. The 80 gsm polypropylene fabric is light but strong enough for brochures, groceries or a gift set, and the bottom gusset lets the bag stand open. It is widely used at trade shows in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha and for UAE National Day campaigns, where bags are printed in the national colours. Printing on non-woven fabric
Non-woven fabric has a slightly textured surface, so solid shapes and clear text print best:
- Screen printing in 1 to 4 spot colours over about 250 x 250 mm is the most economical method and the usual choice for large runs. See screen printing on bags.
- Heat transfer allows full-colour logos on smaller runs, up to about 200 x 200 mm.
Printing on both sides doubles the visibility at a modest extra cost. Keep fine lines at 1 mm or thicker so they print cleanly.

Non-woven bags are made in large batches, so minimums are higher than for most bags. You can choose almost any fabric colour to match your brand, and Arabic text prints well with screen printing. Why is the minimum higher than other bags?
Non-woven bags are cut, printed and stitched in large batches, so the usual minimum is around 250 pieces. Higher quantities bring the price per bag down noticeably. The exact minimum is confirmed in your quote.
Can you print on both sides?
Yes. Both sides can be printed, each up to about 250 x 250 mm. Many clients put the logo on one side and an event message or website on the other.
Can the bag match our brand colour?
Non-woven fabric comes in a wide range of colours, so we can usually get close to your brand colour. We confirm the nearest available shade in the mock-up. Matching is visual, not a guaranteed colour code.
