A charger that carries its own cable

A wall charger with retractable cable combines a fast charger and an 80 cm USB-C cable in one body. The cable pulls out to the length needed and winds back in with a tug, so there is nothing to tangle or forget in a hotel room. A second USB-C port charges another device, and the two share up to 30W, enough to fast-charge a phone and top up earbuds or a tablet.

It is a travel-friendly charger in our travel adaptors and chargers, smaller than the GaN 65W model and more convenient than a charger plus loose cable.

Branding the charger

The front face takes a logo of about 35 x 20 mm. UV printing gives a crisp full-colour logo on the white, black and grey casings, while laser engraving gives a subtle tone-on-tone mark of about 30 x 15 mm. We place the logo away from the cable slot and show it in the free mock-up.

How long does the retractable cable last?

The spring reel is designed for thousands of pull-and-return cycles in normal use. Pulling the cable gently and letting it wind back steadily, rather than snapping it, keeps the mechanism working smoothly for longer.

Does it work with iPhones?

Yes. Recent iPhones and almost all Android phones use USB-C. For older iPhones with Lightning, a short USB-C to Lightning adapter can be added to the box, which we include as an option in the quote.

Can it be used abroad?

Yes. It works on 100 to 240V. In countries without UK-style sockets, plug it into a plug converter or universal adaptor, which we can add to the same order and box.
