The design is printed onto transfer paper and fused into the polyester with heat, so there is no limit on colours.

Yes. Because each garment is sublimated individually, names and numbers are included in the print with no extra setup. Send a roster with name, number and size for each player, and every set is packed and labelled to match.
Is there a minimum per team colour?
The typical minimum is around 20 sets per order, and with sublimation the designs can often vary between teams within that total. The exact split allowed per design is confirmed in your quote.
Can you add reversible jerseys for training?
Yes. Reversible vests with a different colour on each side are useful for training sessions and mixed games. They use a double-layer fabric, cost more, and are quoted as a separate option.
