A custom printed paper tube gift box that stands out
Most gifts arrive in square boxes, so a round tube is noticed. Paper tubes are made from layers of wound paperboard, which makes them stiff enough to protect a bottle or candle, and the whole tube is printed or labelled with your design. They suit water bottles and tumblers, loose tea and coffee, socks, a rolled T-shirt, skincare sets and certificates. Branding the tube
- Full-colour wrap: the outer paper is printed before it is wound or applied as a wrap label, so the design runs all the way round. See full-colour digital print.
- Foil stamping or embossing on the lid, up to about 50 mm across, for a premium touch.
- Plain kraft tubes with a printed label are the lower-cost route for smaller runs.
Sizes, closures and ordering
Tubes are made to size, from about 5 cm across for a lip balm or perfume to 12 cm or more for a tumbler. Lids can be full lift-off, shoulder-and-neck for a tighter seal, or a tear strip for one-time opening. Inner rings or card inserts keep items centred. Most of the tube is paper, which helps eco-minded programmes; metal or plastic ends are avoided where possible. We send a free digital mock-up and deliver across the GCC. Frequently asked questions
Will a tube protect a glass or steel bottle?
Yes for normal handling. The wound board walls are stiff, and a card insert or tissue keeps the bottle from moving. For courier shipping we pack several tubes in a corrugated carton to protect the ends.
Is the tube recyclable?
The tube, lid and printed wrap are paper and board, which most paper recycling accepts. Laminated or foil finishes reduce recyclability a little, so uncoated kraft with ink only is the greenest option.
Can we order small quantities?
Custom-printed tubes usually start around 100 pieces. For smaller runs, a stock kraft tube with a printed wrap label or foil sticker keeps the look on-brand at a lower minimum.
