Printing your design
Full-colour digital print covers the front panel, about 180 x 80 mm, and can extend to the sides for a full design with your logo, values or a welcome message. On natural kraft, a one-colour screen print of about 120 x 50 mm gives a classic look in black, navy or dark green. Arabic and English text print sharply. A free digital proof of the flat layout and the folded result comes before printing.
Packaging and ordering
Organisers ship flat in shrink-wrapped bundles, with folding steps printed inside, or pre-assembled on request for welcome desks. Frequently asked questions
Is it strong enough for daily desk use?
Yes, for pens, a phone, cards and sticky notes it holds its shape well. It is not designed for heavy items like staplers or tape dispensers, and it should be kept away from water, as with any cardboard product.
Can you deliver them assembled?
Yes. We can fold them before delivery for a welcome desk or onboarding day. Flat-packed delivery is lighter and cheaper to ship, so we quote both options if you are unsure.
Can the shape be customised?
On larger orders the layout can be changed, for example adding a tablet slot or a second pen pot. A custom cutter adds a set-up cost, which we include in your quote with a digital proof.
