Frequently asked questions

Can the backpack be the gift packaging?

Yes. Many companies pack the smaller items inside the backpack and add tissue wrap and a welcome card, which avoids an extra box. If you want a stronger unboxing moment, the full kit can go in a rigid branded box instead. The quote covers both options.

Can the kit be shipped to other GCC countries?

Yes. Power banks contain lithium batteries, so they are packed and shipped following carrier rules for batteries. Delivery within the GCC is routine for these items, though some routes take longer. We confirm the shipping method and timing for your destinations in the quote.

Can we choose the backpack colour per office?

Yes. You can split the order between colours such as black and grey, as long as each colour covers a sensible share of the minimum. Embroidery thread colours can also change per batch to contrast with each backpack colour.
