Why a cotton tote is the default event bag
A light cotton tote is affordable enough to give every delegate, shopper or visitor, and it gets reused for groceries, books and the gym long after the event. Printing on cotton
Screen printing on cotton bags gives bold, durable colour across a print area up to about 250 x 250 mm, and is the most cost-effective method for one to four colour logos. Heat transfer suits photographic or full-colour artwork on smaller runs. Arabic slogans, campaign hashtags and sponsor logos all work well on the flat surface. You approve a free digital mock-up before production.

How large can the print be on the tote bag?
The print area is up to about 250 x 250 mm on each side. Most clients print one large logo on the front, and some add a sponsor or website line on the back. We check the size against the bag on the mock-up.
Is 140 gsm cotton strong enough for daily use?
Yes, for light everyday loads such as documents, a laptop sleeve or groceries. For heavier use or a more premium feel, a heavier canvas tote or a jute bag is a better choice, and we can quote both.
Can we pre-fill the bags for an event?
Yes. We can pack each tote with items such as a notebook, pen, bottle and brochure before delivery, so they are ready to hand out at registration. Packing time is included in the lead time we confirm.
