Frequently asked questions

Can we choose which nuts and fruits go in?

Yes. We send a selection list and you choose the mix for each compartment, for example more pistachios or no dried fruit. The final mix and weight per compartment are listed in the quote before you confirm the order.

Is there a nut-free version?

A version with dates, dried fruit and sweets only can be made, but it is packed in the same facility as nuts, so it cannot be described as nut free. The label shows the allergen information for every tray.

Can the tray be reused?

Yes. The wooden tray and lid are made to be reused as a serving tray, dates tray or desk organiser after the contents are finished, which keeps the engraved logo in use for a long time.
