Frequently asked questions
Can we put hot drinks in the straw lid bottle?
The steel body is insulated for hot or cold drinks, but the straw lid is designed for cold drinks. Sipping hot liquid through a straw is unsafe. If staff want hot tea or coffee, we can quote a spare screw cap or suggest a travel tumbler instead.
Which colours show the engraved logo best?
Engraving shows bright silver steel on every colour, so contrast is strongest on dark colours such as black, navy and sage. On white or sand the logo looks softer and more subtle. The mock-up shows the result on each colour you choose.
Can each bottle be engraved with a different name?
Yes. Individual names or initials can be engraved alongside the logo, which is popular for team gifts and VIP guests. Please send the names list in a spreadsheet. Personalisation usually adds a few working days to the lead time.
