A serving piece for the majlis and office
A wooden coffee serving tray is a useful heritage gift because coffee in the Gulf is always served on a tray. This tray measures about 40 x 28 cm, with low raised edges and two cut-out handles, which is enough for a dallah or thermos, six to eight small cups and a plate of dates. It is made of solid acacia or walnut-finish wood with a food-safe oiled or lacquered surface.
Recipients use it in the office majlis, at home when guests arrive and during Eid visits. It is a natural client gift in Doha, Abu Dhabi and Manama, and pairs with cups and flasks from our dallah and Arabic coffee sets or other Arabian heritage gifts.
Logo engraving on wood
Wood takes laser engraving beautifully, giving a warm darker mark that never wears off. Choose either:
- a centred engraving of about 120 x 40 mm, visible when the tray is empty or displayed, or
- a smaller 60 x 20 mm mark on one handle, which stays visible when the tray is in use.
Arabic calligraphy, your company name and a date, or a short line such as an Eid greeting can be added. The free mock-up shows exact sizing.
Packaging and delivery
Each tray is wrapped and packed in a flat gift box, which can carry a printed sleeve or a sticker with your logo. Wood grain varies naturally, so each tray looks slightly different. Frequently asked questions
Is the surface safe for serving food?
The tray is finished with a food-safe oil or lacquer and is suitable for serving cups, dates and sweets. We recommend wiping it clean rather than soaking it, which we can note on a small care card in the box.
Can each tray carry a different name?
Yes. Laser engraving is set up digitally, so each tray can carry a different recipient name alongside your logo. Send the names in a spreadsheet and we check the Arabic and English spelling on the proof.
Can we order a matching set with cups?
Yes. The tray can be packed with six porcelain or steel cups and a thermos or dallah in a larger gift box. The cups can be branded separately and the full set is priced together in your quote.
