Frequently asked questions
Does the thermos have a glass liner?
This model uses a stainless steel inner wall, which does not break if the thermos is knocked over. Glass-lined thermoses are also available on request; they keep heat slightly longer but need more careful handling and packing.
Can we engrave Arabic text on it?
Yes. Arabic and English text both engrave cleanly on the steel body, and the area of about 50 x 40 mm fits a logo plus a short line such as your company name or a greeting. The mock-up shows the exact layout.
Can the gift box be branded too?
Yes. The standard box can carry a printed sleeve or sticker with your logo, or we can supply a rigid gift box with a debossed or printed lid for VIP recipients. Box upgrades are priced in your quote.
Can we add cups to the thermos?
Yes. Many buyers add a pair of steel or porcelain gahwa cups and a small pack of dates to make a complete coffee gift. These can be packed together in one box with a single branded sleeve.
