Delivery and handling
Tins are packed in cartons and delivered across the GCC. As with all chocolate, the tins should be kept cool, and we plan delivery to limit heat exposure, especially in summer. Can we choose only dark or only milk chocolate?
Yes. Tins can be filled with a single chocolate type or a mix. Some buyers choose dates without nuts to suit a wider audience. The available options are confirmed in your quote.
Is a larger tin available?
Yes. Larger tins of around 400 to 500 g, and square tins, are usually available for VIP versions of the same gift. You can order both sizes in one project so everyone gets a matching design.
Will the chocolate melt during delivery?
We pack tins in insulated cartons where needed and plan routes to limit time in the heat. Once delivered, the tins should be kept in an air-conditioned space until they are handed out.
