Frequently asked questions
Can the ceramic vessel be reused after the candle is finished?
Yes. Once the wax has burned down, any remaining wax can be removed with warm water and the pot used for pens, cotton pads, jewellery or a small succulent. This is why many buyers place the logo on the lid, which stays with the pot.
Can we mix glaze colours in one order?
Yes, most orders can be split across two or three glaze colours, usually in equal quantities. We confirm the split and any minimum per colour in the quote, and show each colour in the digital mock-up before production.
Which scents work best for Gulf clients?
Oud, amber, rose and saffron are the most requested for clients in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. For mixed international teams, white tea, fig or citrus are lighter options. We share the available scent list with your quote.
