A low-cost pack for large intakes
A budget welcome pack lets HR give every new starter something branded on day one, even when the intake runs into hundreds. It contains an A5 notebook with a full-colour printed card cover and around 50 lined sheets, a plastic or bamboo ballpoint pen printed with your logo, and a 75 x 75 mm sticky note pad, packed flat in a kraft box. Retail chains, hospitality groups, contact centres and graduate schemes in Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh and Kuwait City use it for interns, trainees and seasonal hires.

Branding that keeps costs down
The kraft box lid is screen printed in one or two colours, which looks natural on brown board. The notebook cover and the sticky note pad are printed in full colour, so they can carry your brand artwork, values or a QR code linking to your onboarding portal. The pen takes a one-colour pad print on the barrel.
Packed flat for storage

What is the lowest cost version?
The lowest cost comes from a one-colour print on the box, a standard notebook and a plastic pen, ordered in larger quantities. We can price two or three versions side by side in the quote so you can compare what each item adds.
Can the notebook include our onboarding information?
Yes. The inside cover or first pages can carry a welcome message, key contacts, Wi-Fi details or a QR code. Inside printing works in English and Arabic and is checked on the proof before production.
Can the pack be shipped to several branches?
Yes. Packs can be split by branch with cartons labelled per location, and delivered across the GCC. Send the quantities per branch, and the quote shows the delivery plan and cartons.
