Why an executive desk set suits senior recognition

An executive desk set sits in front of the recipient in their own office, which makes it one of the most visible gifts a company can give a leader. Walnut has a rich, warm grain that suits Gulf office interiors and majlis-style meeting rooms. It is a fitting gift for a new chief executive, a retiring director or a valued partner.

Solid walnut base with a hand-polished finish
Metal pen in an angled cradle
Business card holder, plus a clock or memo slot on some versions
Felt base that protects desk surfaces

It is one of the centrepieces of our premium desk sets, part of the wider leather and executive gifts collection. Single desk items are in desk accessories.

Engraving the set

The plate on the front is laser engraved with your logo, the recipient's name and a short message such as a service milestone. Engraving directly into the wood is also possible, giving a dark, natural mark. The pen can be engraved to match. Arabic calligraphy engraves cleanly on both metal and wood.

Presentation and ordering

Each set is packed in a rigid gift box with a fitted insert. These sets are often ordered in small numbers for long service and retirement presentations and senior Eid gifts in Riyadh, Dubai, Doha and Muscat. Wood grain varies from piece to piece. MOQ and lead time are shown on this page and confirmed when you request a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can each set carry a different name?

Yes. Each plate can carry a different name and message, which is common for retirement and long-service gifts. We prepare a proof for every plate before production. Dates and job titles fit on the plate too.

Is the clock included?

Some versions include a small clock insert and others have a memo slot instead. Tell us which you prefer and we confirm the version in your quote. Both versions use the same walnut base.

How does wood engraving compare with a metal plate?

Engraving into walnut gives a dark, natural mark that blends with the wood. A brass plate gives a more formal, polished look. We show both on a mock-up.
