When a fully printed blanket makes sense

A custom printed flannel blanket uses the entire 127 x 152 cm surface for your design, so it works as a branded gift and a campaign piece at the same time. The fabric is a soft, lightweight flannel fleece, and the artwork is applied by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres so it stays bright and soft to the touch.

Typical designs include a repeating logo pattern, a brand illustration, a landmark skyline of Dubai, Riyadh or Doha, or national colours for UAE National Day, Saudi National Day, Qatar National Day and Kuwait National Day. Schools, sports clubs, banks and telecom brands use them for fan campaigns, staff winter gifts and loyalty rewards.

How the printing works

The design is printed with full-colour digital print on transfer paper and heat-pressed onto the white or light flannel face, so there is no limit on colours, gradients or photos. Fine text and logos stay sharp at large sizes. The reverse can be plain white, light grey or navy.

Frequently asked questions

Can the whole blanket be printed with a photo?

Yes. Dye sublimation reproduces photos, gradients and detailed illustrations across the full front. We recommend high-resolution artwork, and we adjust it to the 127 x 152 cm proportions before sending the mock-up for approval.

Does the print feel stiff or crack after washing?

No. Sublimation dyes the fibres rather than sitting on top, so the blanket stays soft and the print does not crack or peel. Colours stay bright through normal washing at low temperatures.

Can different designs be printed in one order?

Often yes, for example two designs for two campaigns or two countries. Each design may carry its own minimum, which we confirm in the quote along with the total quantity.
