Frequently asked questions
How do we choose sizes for a group?
Most orders use a mix of medium and large for men and small and medium for women. If you collect wrist sizes in advance, we can pack each bracelet by name. Otherwise we suggest a size split based on your group.
Can each bracelet be engraved with a different name?
Yes. Names, dates or employee numbers can be engraved individually from a spreadsheet, in Arabic or English. Every name is shown in the proof before engraving, and we confirm any extra time it adds in the quote.
Will the steel plate tarnish?
The plate is stainless steel, which resists rust and tarnish with everyday wear, including sweat and humidity. Gold or black plated finishes are also available; they look rich but can show light wear over years of daily use.
