Planning and delivery

Hampers are assembled to your delivery date and wrapped for transport. For Eid al-Fitr gifts, allow extra time, as the weeks before Eid are the busiest period. Frequently asked questions

Can we set a budget and let you choose the contents?

Yes, that is how most hamper orders start. Share the budget per hamper, the occasion and anything to avoid, and we suggest two or three selections with photos or a mock-up. Contents are chosen to suit your recipients, and you approve the final list.

Can we include our own products?

Yes. If you have branded items, brochures or your own food products, they can be packed into the hamper. Send them to us ahead of packing, and we confirm how they fit with the other contents and the basket size.

Is a wooden crate or a basket better?

A woven basket looks traditional and generous, while a wooden crate looks more modern and can be laser engraved with your logo, so it stays as a branded keepsake. Crates usually cost a little more. Both options can be shown in the mock-up.
